Change Epics to Tasks

Good mornin' all.

So l've searched for answers to this and what I find is 5-8 years old and it appears the answers might not apply.

I created a bunch of epics when I started and would now like to group a few of them under a new epic and change them to tasks.

I see answers about choose the epic, and then choose "move" from more menu.  The only more/move menu is see is at the project level and that seems to want to move the epic between projects.

Has this changed?  I am on the <10 user free plan.  I changing epics to tasks just a paid subscription option only?

I think I may have solved it poking around some.  Call it new user confusion.
