Our certificate is valid but for some reason jira.meshedu.com is sayig that the certificate has expired. We all are pretty clueless as to what is going on here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The error NET: ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID typically appears as a warning in web browsers like Google Chrome. The error indicates a problem with the validity period of the SSL certificate, which could be because it has expired or isn’t yet valid. This issue typically occurs due to  incorrect system date and time settings on the user’s end. It can also display a message such as "Your connection is not private". So apart from incorrect date and time settings, there can be many reasons such as:-

1) Problem with user's computer

2) Browser related issues\

3) Issue with SSL Certificate itself

So, the different ways for fixing the error or why the error occurs should be understand properly in detail. From hat you can find the proper solution. Hope it helps!

Arnav,

It appears that you're still using the expired SSL on your jira.meshedu.com domain:

Compare that to what you have set up on meshedu.com:

You'll want to show this information to your server admin so they can fix the issue.

Your SSL provider has a few threads on this that might help:

This error doesn't have anything to do with Jira, so if you are not successful after working with your server admin or reviewing the above threads, I would recommend getting in touch with your SSL or hosting provider and they can help you to update the SSL to use the renewed version.

Regards,

Shannon
