Certain "Done" Epics are appearing on roadmap and others are not in same time period

I am seeing an inconsistency between the Epics I have marked as done and whether they appear in the roadmap or not. I would like either all of them to appear or none of them, but difficult to understand why these are not behaving the same. Screenshot 2021-05-06 123621.pngScreenshot 2021-05-06 123541.png

Hi @Sylvia Takla,

Additional to the workflow status you see in your screenshot, Epics have an additional Epic Status. It is an additional field that is usually not visible on screens, but the most common place where it is set is from the Epics panel in the backlog view of your scrum or kanban board.

If you click on an Epic in that Epics panel and select the marker indicating the Epic color, you can mark an epic as done. This updates Epic status to done and removes it from the Epics panel, but also from the roadmap:

If you add the column Epic Status to the search results in your first screenshot, you will probably find that the Epics you are not seeing in the roadmap anymore have the value "Done" in that field.

Hope this helps!
