Case management system

Eficode is a subcontractor with us for a Jira solution. However, from February 2024, Jira does not offer an On prem solution, which is why we need to find a replacement. What options do I have?

Hi @SOLOMON OWENS welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Do you mean that the people from Eficode (your subcontractor) need access to your Jira Cloud? That is still possible, whether you are on Server/DC or Cloud.

You don't need a replacement for Jira. Are you migrating to Jira Cloud or have you already migrated?

It is just the Jira Server that is going away. Jira DC will still remain, so you can merge over to that before the end of support date.

If you want an alternative for Jira, then I don't think Atlassian will like us presenting it here, but you could take a look at for example https://alternativeto.net/software/jira/ or Gartners magic quadrant that list their competitors: https://www.apptio.com/resources/analyst-reports/2022-gartner-magic-quadrant-for-enterprise-agile-planning-tools/

My suggestion is to talk to Eficode first and see if there is a solution within the Atlassian scope as adding new systems will mean new ways of working and change management is painful and costly.
