Card Colors app applies to native Jira board too?

Added Card Colors free app to our Jira Software cloud version.  I see the Card Colors on the top right hand of the board.  I added a color for a query, but it reflected on Card Colors board and not on native Jira board.  I would like to use our native Jira board and not the Card Colors board.  Please confirm.  Thanks.

Hi @Nelson Nittala 

You are using a marketplace addon to perform the issue / board colors, not a built-in feature of Jira, and the built-in board cannot do what you ask.  Please contact the vendor of that product to learn what they suggest.

Thanks Bill.  I emailed couple of times and they got bounced.  I tried both ways:

-Email vendor option got bounced

-Submit a support request option throws an error that our Jira cloud server is unavailable.

Doesn't look like a reliable app.  Thanks for the response.

Sorry to learn that as many vendors are quite reliable.  Perhaps look for another product which can do what you need.
