Hello,

since some week i'm having this problem: when i try to login to Atlassian products from my home network i get the captcha to prove "i'm a human".
Even if the captcha is correctly resolved the application page does'nt fully load, giving content blocked errors thus making the page partially accessible or not working at all.
I tried to use an alternative connection using as a portable router or the phone as a router. In this case no problem , no captcha requests and all is OK.

So i can suppose that could be something related to the ip address (fixed) assigned by my provider. Maybe could be form some reason and in some cases be considered suspicious by Atlassian.

From the checks I was able to do, there was nothing strange and i've never had any problems on other sites or applications.

Any suggestion on how to do ?

Thanks so much

Francesco

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The captcha functions do not look at your IP address.  Your "content blocked" messages are happening because something on your network is blocking some of the content.

I've been able to replicate this by telling one of my ad-blockers to not trust some of Atlassian's IP ranges or domains, so I would probably want to start by testing your connection with a different browser that has none, and then move on to the rest of your security software - has it been configured to block any Atlassian IP range?

Thanks for your answer. As far as i know I don't think there's any blocking on Atlassian addresses. I will follow your suggestions checking again that there is no ad-blocking or pliugins interference, even if i just tried the connection from a 'clean' browser and did'nt work.
Please let me check again and i will share results.
Thanks again for your time!

@Francesco Bosio I had the same problem this morning. Suddenly the page wasn't fully loading. Only parts of it. I got a bunch of 405 errors. When trying to re-login I got the "i'm a human" part as well.
Then finally released I had an open VPN connection. After disconnecting, all went back to normal. It looks like Atlassian got suspicions after a while...

This suggests that you were using network routes that look a bit dodgy.
