Capacity planning with Kanban Iteration and Advanced Roadmap

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Using Kanban board for capacity planning I'm encountering an issue where Subtask estimate is not included in Kanban Iteration capacity calculation. I have tried activating rollups, which show up on Story and Epic level, but are still not included in capacity calculation.
Estimate for a task (40h) is correctly distributed over the weeks, but an estimate for a subtask (120h) is not shown in capacity estimation.
We are using Tempo Timesheets, which correctly displays Subtask estimate/logged/remaining summary on Story level.
