I am trying to show the capacity of our teams as a whole.

We work in teams but these teams could be working across multiple projects and support work.

Our support work does not get allocated into sprints but is a continuous Kanban of work.

I want to look at all teams and look at what their capacity is for all allocated work.

Thanks

Kayleigh

Hello Kayleigh,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

I understand that you are looking for a wide displaying of how much time your team is spending in issues cross projects and boards. Is it correct?

Since JIRA Reports are based on Boards, I think that JIRA does not provide this kind of functionality yet, however, there are some plugins that you can use to achieve this.

Using the Time Reports App, you can use the Time Entry or Pivot by User report to return all the time logged for issues in a determined filter, that you can use to return issues from multiple projects/boards:

Also, feel free to search for other options in our Marketplace:

Hi Peter,

I am actually looking to see if I can view a high-level schedule/program of work, of work that has already been scheduled with developer. However, this may stretch across multiple projects. From this I would like to also see how much capacity is available

Ideally I want to be able to do this in Portfolio.
