We received a new License key for our existing Capacity Tracker app and when we attempt to enter the new key, we see This app couldn't be loaded. It has one or more errors that prevent it from being enabled. The license details show a new expiration date of 12/Aug/22. It shows 0 of 13 modules enabled and will not load.
Our Jira version is v8.2.2

I used the email link provided in the support page and they said it was Atlassian's responsibility to support the license key update.
