When adding a pdf to the rich description field shows it uploading.

THIS ISNT AN ACCIDENT. It happens 100% of the time, ALL THE TIME.

Uploading files do NOT work? I'd think Jira wouldnt have these basic issues?

Hi @Bryan Cheung , I am unable to reproduce that in my instance. If others are experiencing this and it is occurring with multiple pdf files and multiple browsers, I would highly recommend raising a ticket with Atlassian support so that they might investigate.
