Cant edit summary anymore

A couple weeks ago, I and everyone who uses my board, can no longer freely edit the summary field. No idea why. I am admin of my board. I can freely edit any other summary in any other board by simply clicking on it. Not my board. No one can. No permissions were changed. no settings were changed. if I want to change the summary I have to just delete the entire ticket and remake it with the correct summary and thats just ridiculous. anyone have any idea why it's behaving like this on my board alone? any idea where I might find additional settings that could cause this that maybe someone else touched?

Where can i find the edit screen? we use JIRA but we dont have anyone here well versed in JIRA... we are all just winging it

In the Project Settings > Screen > Select the screen for the type you have the issue on.

my issue seems to be that even though I am admin, I still dont have the ability to edit. in the video there is a pencil icon with is where you click to make edits to the screens, but i do not have that pencil icon. I was able to track down who had that capability and got it sorted! thanks for getting me pointed in the right direction!
