Cant download in list view

Hi all - hoping that someone can provide some guidance. I'm using the free version of JIRA and recently I've lost the function to download the issues - note that I'm trying to download from the List view.

Hi @Chris Williams and welcome to the Community!

I don't have that option from the list view either. However, as a workaround, you can download any selection of work items from the All work view instead. You have the flexibility of advanced filtering there, so you can create the exact same selection for export from that view.
