Canot find subtask custom item on jira board

I create a substask template on itens -> type of itens -> subtasks, adding a new subtask item type:

but it still not showing when I try to add a new item type on jira's board:

I also did associate it's template in Item Type Schema:

Does anybody has been throught this particular situation?

Where is your second image taken from? Can you share your entire screen so I have a better idea?
