Cannot work on Project although Administrator permission granted

Hi Jira team,

Project admin has granted my account as "Administrator" but I cannot update description or update status for any tickets in this project.

Pls help investigate or advise any workaround so I can continue my work.

Hi @Trang Tran ,

Welcome to the community !!

Admin permission does not grant all access in the project. You need to check for Project permissions also.
(https://fuelcloud.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/project-config/FUEL/permissions)

To update any field, you need Edit issue permission

To Change status, you need Transition issue permission
