Cannot view epic child items on issue screen

Hi this is a bit of a weird one. 
When my PO views epics, any epics, most of the time she cannot see their child objects. Sometimes if she hits refresh they will show.

- I got her to try incognito browser, same result
- I can see them fine
- She can see them on the "bulk edit" screen using the three dots menu
- She can see them by enabling story level in roadmap view. (She is using this as a workaround right now but it is slowing her down)
- If i check her "configure columns setting, it is identical to mine. 

Is this a UI setting I am unaware of, or a bug?

It seems to be temporary issue on Jira cloud. You can trac that on the below link.
