Cannot use "create issue from Jira cloud" function in Slack

Cannot use "create issue from Jira cloud" function in Slack

I have created a new project in Jira and have been creating jira ticket from Slack for a few weeks. However, all of sudden, I cannot use this function anymore for this project. I can create a ticket for other projects, but not for this new project. When I try to change project, It show this message "Something went wrong! Please try again later". Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Some Of time this issue occur with me.

But i recover it for my site Sepco Payment. Attaching this with site Having this issue. But recover it soon
