Cannot transfer product to "avst-client" organization

I need to migrate the product under the URL avs-client-lmi.atlassian.net to the organization "avst-client". When I try to do this, I am prompted with the following error instead.

"Failed to perform action at this time. Please try again later."

I have tried to open a support ticket with Atlassian but I am always redirected to the community so I will need Atlassian to provide support here I guess.

So are you trying to move a project from one Jira instance to another Jira instance? If so your best bet is to export the issues and then after building the project in your new instance import those issues into that project. The reason you’re redirected to the community is because you are on a free account.

Thanks for reminding me that free accounts now only get support from the community.

I am trying to transfer the products from an organization to another organization. That means to migrate the whole Jira product, not just one project. This is usually done in the organization configuration and I have done it before but for some reason, I cannot do it for this organization.
