Cannot start a sprint in Jira DC

I am not able to start a sprint on Jira DC version 9.8.1

Error message: "We couldn't save sprint data.  Try again"

I am an administrator.  I do not have any issues from another board or project.  All my issues have story points.  I have 70 stories in the sprint.  This is the first time I am starting a sprint in Jira DC, I have just migrated from a Server based jira instance.  Any help is appreciated.

Have you checked the permission scheme for the project(s) that all of the work items in the sprint are in? There are permissions around editing, managing, and starting/completing sprints.

If your sprint has work items from multiple projects, you'll need the Start/Complete Sprints permission on every project with work. Or, more accurately, every permission scheme associated with any of the projects.
