Cannot select the resolved field into filter columns to export as CSV

Only when I change the column to select from system will the resolution field actually show data but then I do not have the capability to export to CSV.

The Columns under My Defaults includes the resolution column but it does not return any values

What happenings when you select export all fields?  Can you also share a screenshot of what you are doing?

Hi Brant, 

Even though in the 'My Default' columns I have selected resolved, it does not appear in the columns and also does not show in an export

The first screen shot, is of the 'System' columns which includes resolved and the 2n screen shot actually shows I have data in that field.

The 3rd screenshot shows after I have selected the field yet it is not in the view.

So, the question is why I cannot export when I have clicked on system and why when I show columns based on my defaults, the resolved field is not shownSystem - Resolved.PNGSystem - Resolved with date.PNG

If you export all fields does it do the same thing?

Not an issue.  It should technically appear in both.  I am wondering if you try in a different browser if you will see the same results.
