Hello,

I am not able to see the results of filters that I created in Jira, not the search results. When I search I got the count of results but no issue summary. I haven't made any change and the filter worked before (two weeks ago).
However, I can put the results of the filter on a Calendar gadget. But this is not what I am looking for.

When I run the filter I get the count for the result but no issue summary. This happens to all the filters. I only experience this, not everyone in my organization.
If I do a simple search, not in a saved filter, the issue occurs again.

Please help.

Hi Melania,

Sounds like you might be seeing a different view in the search results than you are expecting. The results can be shown in List view or Detail view and will generally show you the last view you used. Other users on your Jira won't share your view preferences.

When you're in List View, it's possible to select/deselect columns. From what you've described, I think the Summary column has simply been unchecked from the columns in your list view. You can use the Columns dropdown to search and re-check the Summary field.

Also check out this article for more information on the search results views available.

Cheers,
Daniel
