Cannot see the Impact field on Jira Issues

Cannot see the Impact field on Jira Issues

I set up the Card view so that the "Impact" field appears on both the Sprint and Backlog views. However when I refresh the page the don't display. I think being able to see at first glance the impact of a card is valuable.

Is there any value in the field for the issue?

Try adding the field on the edit screen.

You mean the Issue layout screen? Cannot see the field there either
