Cannot see sub-task of an issue in cloud

we are in the middle of migration testing, cross checking issues.

We are unable to find the sub-task list panel or equivalent for issues that have sub-tasks.

I we missed something obvious?

The subtask exists and show its relation to the parent in the title.

But there is no link shown from the parent to the subtask.

Is there a different expected way to view these via boards or roadmaps in the cloud?

Many thanks

Tom

The subtask option is something that can be enabled and disabled as when required. It was currently disabled on our sandbox. We have enabled it. Now we are able to see all the subtasks.

In our software projects e.g. issue DDD-108 has a sub-task DDD-137.
We see that maintained in the title and on the boards

But the view of DDD-108 shows no info about sub-tasks. (FYI we are in the middle to testing migration from server to cloud so this is data copied by JCMA)

Can you provide screen images of the parent issue and the sub-task issue?

What type of project is it - Work Management, Software, or Service?

I have not heard of that problem coming up before, and am not seeing any other references to it. I recommend that you contact Atlassian Support directly.
