Cannot see issue when assigned to a specific user in backlog neither board

Servicios Yu-Track April 16, 2018

I'm the administrator of Jira, and after we planned the User stories everything went well, everybody could see all the issues, but when we assign the story to a specific user it disappears and nobody can see the story except the user that have the story assigned.

This is the first time that happens, but recently i changed the workflow. I need to make all the issues of the sprint visible.

Start with a look at the board filters - what exactly does that say?

I have no filter selected ATM

All boards are based on filters.  We need to know what the filter for the board is (unless it's a core/business board, in which case the filter is effectively "this project")

You where right, the user was not in the filter.
