Are you logged in as them, or yourself?  Check your profile at the top right.

I've logged in as myself. I'm the only user at the moment. I can see my Jira tasks and board on my Jira app. Last week I logged in without any issues. Today, I logged in and now I'm seeing someone else's tasks ?

Ok, if your profile is showing as you, then it suggests simply permission changes - you're seeing "someone else's tasks" because you have been allowed to.
