Cannot see all options in drop down list to choose in order by

In a dropdown to order results for My Open Issues, you are able to choose a field or fields to order by. However I don't see how I can un-choose ones I've chosen or chose options that are not visible. There are apparently 85 option but only the first 10 or so are shown (alphabetically). There is a message that says it is showing 10 of 85 fields of the drop down, but I cannot see or get to those fields in order to choose them. Clicking on "75 more fields" doesn't do anything.

Are you clicking the dropdown or are you clicking the "More " ? 
When I click the order by dropdown I get a list of fields but not in a checkbox field.
When I click the "More" dropdown I get a similar view compare to your images.
