Cannot save User Directory changes

Lost connection to LDAP User directory, now cannot save any changes made on the "Configure LDAP User Directory" page, receive two errors One is an SSL bind error which I believe should be fixed if I could just save the configuration changes.. but I receive the below message and cannot determine the cause.

 

"It could not be determined whether you chose to save or test. Please try again."

Hi Kevin,

What version of Jira do you have? There is a Jira issue on this issue that should be resolved from a specific version of Jira - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-40291 

When trying to save config - what is written in Jira log? Any LDAP error?
