Cannot renew license before migration

I want to migrate to test out the cloud and started to do it, then I needed new license for the migration tool to work and just payed 50 dollars. Now I cannot enter the new license...

 

Nothing happens when I press the button.

From the look of your screenshot it looks like there is more wrong with the page being rendered.

Are you blocking Javascript or something?

Could you turn off addblockers, noscript addons,... 

Have you tried it with a different browser?
