In DSU we open each story from the Team board so the team can see the story's subtasks and have that context of tasks, ordered in execution order with their status (done, in-progress, funnel.) As the team quickly talks through the plan and re-plans they will add sub-tasks and re-order tasks to reflect the new plan for delivering the story. All this happens in 2-3 minutes per story UNTIL we lost the ability to re-order subtasks from within an open story.
Now, the only option is to click the subtask and move it UP or DOWN one position. This is tedious and not helpful. We used to have a drag-n-drop capability within the story but that feature now only works if you open the story from the backlog view. It does NOT work from the Active Sprint view on the Team Board.
We do NOT have the filter option checked to hide "Done" subtasks so that is not the issue.
