Why the long story cannot be proceeded to Golive status?

You will need to provide us with more information so that we can help you debug your issue.

Is the "Golive" status available for you to select?

What is the current status of the issue.

When you click on the pull down to change the status you may see an option to View workflow. If you click on that it should show you a diagram of the workflow. Can you share a screen image of that with us? Check if there is an arrow going from the issue's current status to the "Golive" status, or an arrow pointed at the "Golive" status that is coming from "ALL".

If neither of those exists, that is why you can't change the status to "Golive". An issue can only transition to other statuses based on arrows directly between the statuses or and arrow from "ALL" to a status.

If the arrow is present and you still don't see the "Golive" status when you pull down the Status button, then there may be a Condition that is not being met for making that transition.

If you are able to select the "Golive" status, but you then get an error message, please share that error message with us.
