Cannot login to my jira account with jira for outlook(365)

Hi,
I installed Jira for outlook. I can login using the webinterface of Outlook. But using the Outlook desktop a login to my jira account is not possible.
There were some error messages like "account not known, try later" . Neither with login/password nor with my Office365 credentials a login to Jira was possible.
Meanwhile I just get the message Add-In error:cannot access the addin (in German: Bei dem Versuch das Add-in zu erreichen, ist ein Fehler aufgetreten"
Any tipps apprechiated
