Cannot login to account: Login page does not send code to my email

When i try to login to my Jira account from a different computer, it sends a verifcation code to my Yahoo email. The verification code never gets to my email. I have been trying it for the past 5 days hoping they will fix it and still nothing.

check with your team mates and ask them to remove you from suppression list once:

below steps needs to be followed - 

1. Go to the project that the user is expecting to receive notifications from

2. Go to Project Settings

3. Select Notifications > Project email audit

4. Filter for the email address and select Unblock Email

Have you checked your Spam/Junk mail folder in your mail client?

Have you ever been successful in logging in to Atlassian Cloud with that email address?

Have you received any emails from Atlassian in that email account?

I have checked my spam mail folder and it doen't get there. I have been using this email address for my BitBucket for close to 10 years, so yes, i have received email there before.
