Cannot login even after cleaning the cache

I am not able to login my Atlassian account even after clearing the cache of cookies and browsing data.

 

I have tried with Chrome, Brave, Firefox

Both in normal and ignito modes.

Hi @MOHAMAD ALHADDAD 

I sometimes find this can be an issue if you are logged into a different account on any Atlassian platform - ensure you log out of your Community account and any other active product account (i.e log out from https://start.atlassian.com/) before trying the troubleshooting steps again.

If this doesn't work, I'd either contact your Jira Admin / Site Admin for assistance - or contact https://support.atlassian.com/

Hi,

 

I have tried it but it didn't work!

 

I even switch the machine to other OS and try from another network, still, the problem insists.

Hi @MOHAMAD ALHADDAD 

I'd contact your Site Admin so they can ensure you have the right product access first.

If you are the Site Admin, you can check your own product access. Also check to ensure your site remains active. Both can be checked via https://admin.atlassian.com/

If both of these check out - or your site is no longer active -  I'd contact https://support.atlassian.com/
