Was told by email support to post here. macOS 10.14.5 and Safari on an iMac. Cannot load backlog, current sprint, or anything else without dozens of console errors. Works fine in Chrome, even works in Safari on another computer.
Some of the errors include:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
Unhandled Promise Rejection: SyntaxError: The string did not match the expected pattern. querySelectorAll batch.js:3687:4398
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 409 (Conflict)
Hi,
I understand that you have a particular Safari browser that is unable to load pages in Jira Cloud. It's very strange that this works just fine with another browser, or with Safari on a different machine. That makes it lean towards the idea that your session in your browser might have some kind of corruption. Specifically I am thinking that you might have some atlassian.net or atlassian.com cookie that might corrupted.
To test this theory, open safari on that machine, but then switch it into Private mode (Safari > New Private Window). Try then using that window to first login to the https://id.atlassian.com site and then your Cloud site. If this works correctly, then it's most likely you would need to clear out the cookies/cache of your browser to correct this. That private mode has its own cache and cookie sessions separate from the main ones.
Try this, and let me know the results.
Andy
Didn't work. A work around seems to be once the blank page loads and starts throwing errors to manually re-select the board I want. Works perfectly fine then.
