Cannot hover JIRA type

Hi All,

When I'm hovering over JIRA issueType on created Stories, I am not seeing the issueType name nor I can change to different - I am getting red blocked icon.

Anyone has ever faced the same issue before? JIRA doesnt really hint where the issue sits.

Can you share a screenshot of that?

Do other users also get the same error?

Have you tried with a different browser?

Yes other users are facing this issue too.

For some reason I am not able to take a screenshot of this, as the cursor with the crossed out circle is not visible on the screenshot, I had to take a picture with my phone - please see:

Are there other issue types in the issue type scheme for the project? 

If so, I would go ahead and open a support ticket with Atlasssian:
