I am trying to get users that are created in JIRA access to BitBucket. I get the BitBucket invitation, but when I go to Accept Invitation, I get the Invalid Username/Password error. I can't login to BitBucket, and I can't reset my password on BitBucket because it says my email does not exist. Thank you!

Greetings!

When you receive the Bitbucket invitation, that is to join your team account. It sounds like you did not create your individual Bitbucket account.

This step-by-step document should guide you through the process:

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Happy Coding! :)

Thanks! Create any old BitBucket account, and then use that account to accept the invite, or have the Team admin add that account/username to the Team. Got it.
