Cannot find project in restrict project dropdown for git integration for JIRA

Hi
I recently installed the Git for Jira - AWS CodeCommit for our JIRA cloud instance and I am trying to keep it restricted for specific projects but I cannot seem to find a setting within the project to enable this and have the project appear in the dropdown.
What am I missing?
