Hi, guys, can someone please help me find Manage add-ons button on Jira?
I have been looking for it for quite some time now and it's starting to be a bit frustrating.
What I want to do is connect Jira with Trello. So I have created an account on Jira, but simply cannot find it this button.
Hopefully we'll find the solution.
Are you using Jira Server or Cloud version? Are you a Jira Administrator on your system? You will only be able to see it if you are.
It's under System (gear icon) -> Manage apps
Hello, Pete. :D
I've already tried that but there is nothing considering add-ons under that section.
The Jira account I am using is only for testing purposes, 'cause I did not want to mess with the company's account as I pretty new at this.
So, being the only member of this Jira account and being the one that has created it, I've thought that I must be the Administrator too.
How can I see if I am the Administrator and can I set myself to be one if I am not?
Also, I (think that I) am using Cloud version. It's the one which I can access on the web as Jira Software. If you meant that.
Thank you for your reply! :)

Okay, after googling a bit I think that I am using Jira Cloud version and that I have Administrator permissions. I think that as I can see Jira settings button.

Can you see the Jira Admin section? If so then you are an admin.

At the bottom left corner I can Switch to Administration with the Cog icon.
If this means that I am actually the Admin, how can I not manage my add-ons?

Under Roles at the Administrator page is written that I am the Site administrator.

I am giving up. This is definitely not possible. I wasted two days already on this and did nothing.

What do you see when you click on the cog? Can you see this menu, with Apps at the bottom?

Yes, this is what I get. My problem is that I cannot find the part where I should install an add-on. If I try the button Upload app and provide the url to the add-on it says that it's incorrect.

Ok, that's a different problem to the one you originally posted saying you couldn't find the Manage Apps button.
To subscribe to a new app in Jira Cloud, you have to use the "Find new apps" link. From there you can search for the one you want from the Marketplace, and then subscribe to it.

Thanks for your reply, but my add-on is not in the app list. The add-on I want to install is on this link: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215077/trello-sync-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview
The whole point is to sync Trello and Jira both ways if that's possible as it says.

Following the URL you have provided, this shows an app that is for Jira Server, not Cloud. It appears they do not currently offer a cloud version of the app.
You can see this yourself by following the link, there is a drop down on the top right that says "Server". If you click there you will see there is no Cloud version available.
