Cannot find data field that contains the data values that however available in FE

On FE I will have Status with values Done, In Progress etc.

If trying to build a query to filter out work items that have Status in ... then the returned list is absolutely different from the one available on FE

What is "FE"? Is that an issue type or a Jira project?
