Cannot find an option toDashboard

Dear all

As a member of the jira-administrators (we have the same group for JIRA Administrator and JIRA System Administrator) and this group has the Create Shared Objects global permission, I created a dashboard.

However, I am not even able to see an option to share the dashboard. 

Where are we going wrong?

JIRA 7.4.2 Server edition.

Thanks for responsing. This problem was resolved by disabling and re-enabling our plugins.

Look for Browse Users permission in the global permissions.

Browse users - Ability to select a user or group from a popup window as well as the ability to use the 'share' issues feature. Users with this permission will also be able to see names of all users and groups in the system.
