Cannot enter new licences for add-ons - add-on expanded and collapses within seconds

Hi,

I am encountering issues when having renewed licences for add-ons within our Jira instance.

I go to manage add-ons and expand the according add-on details, the details expand shortly, approximately 3 seconds and then collaps again. With this I cannot enter the new license purchased.

This behaviour is consistant over all add-ons in the menu.

Any ideas?

Hmm.. Did you check a different browser? Maybe there is some issue with the current one or you use some add-ons that are blocking some actions..

Hi, I did earlier (yesterday) and checked once more today:

- FireFox

- Chrome

- IE 11

all the same issue :-(
