I saw the release notes for 9.12.20 that was released on April 1, 2025...why can't you download that version?
Hi @nkmori_rtx_com It appears that 9.12.20 has been removed from our site. I'm not sure why that is yet, but sometimes this can happen when there is a problem with a release.
I noticed that 9.12.21 just appeared on the download archives today. I expect that this has been released to address some yet unspecified problem with the previous release.
I will try to investigate to see if I can understand why this particular release was removed from our site, but in the meantime an updated version is now available.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftware/issues-resolved-in-9-12-20-1540228748.html has been updated to reflect that this release has been pulled. From that page:
Due to an issue related to Assets management, we have removed the ability to download Jira Software Data Center 9.12.20.
Jira Software Data Center 9.12.21 provides a fix for this issue.

Hi @nkmori_rtx_com , thanks for your post.
I confirm that I don't see the version 9.12.20 here https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/download-archives but there are release notes for it https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftware/issues-resolved-in-9-12-20-1540228748.html .
Let me tag Atlassian support into this to see if they can help.
Best wishes
