Cannot create scrum project from blank

I try create new project with Scrum template and team-managed type but got error. It's new account, i don't have any projects yet.

Kanban project created successfully. When I try activate scrum component in "kanban" project - i also got error.

I did some research and apparently there are other people that already faced the same issue.

One of the issues, according to the knowledge base below, is that you might have some duplicate Issue Types.

The projects rely on existing content to create their own assets, thus the duplicated name blocks its creation. Thus, the customer has created another issue type with the name "story" due to which he is not able to create a project.

Could you please confirm if you have any issue type duplicated as the documentation above states?
