Yes indeed! This solves it for met sometimes.
And if it's a site you already created you might need to extra patience.
If really doesn't wok you can contact Atlassian Support indeed.
Or @Charlie Misonne and @Nikola Perisic just have sometimes a little Patience.
Cloud Data Centers are regionalized, so sometimes temporary hiccups just happen :)
