Cannot create Cloud Developer Bundle - "Something went wrong on our end"

Hi,

I'm trying to create a free Cloud Developer Bundle at:
https://go.atlassian.com/cloud-dev

The site name shows a green checkmark (available), but when I click "Continue",
I get the error:

"Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening,
contact support."

I've tried:
- Multiple site names
- Different browsers
- Clearing cache

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
