Cannot complete srpint as linked issues are not DONE

Currently I cannot close my Sprints as Jira is saying that subtasks are incomplete.

ALL of my sub-tasks are complete but my linked Issues aren't and it will not allow me to close the sprint.

Has anyone had this issue and know how to fix it ?

Hi @jacquie.moloney 2 things to check:

• Is the "Done" status in the far right (last) column of your board?
• Do all issues and subtasks have a resolution set?

Linked issues - if not in the active sprint - are irrelevant.

Hi Dave - I actually checked a few articles here yesterday and saw this on a post - and no DONE was not mapped so I have added it to my board now - hopefully this will work - THANKS :)
