Problem I cannot see the description field of tickets on JIRA Cloud.
Action taken I went to Issue Layout and found 'Description' in the Hidden Fields column. So I moved that field over to Description Fields
Results the Description field went back to the Hidden Fields section and I tried moving it around and it kept going back to the hidden fields.
What's wrong with my account?
I found it. I found I needed to press 'SAVE' that wasn't viewable that the first view. I thought most of the settings were saved automatically.
Hi Joyce, is it possible that maybe someone created a custom field named Description?
