I have configured MSSQL as production database for JIRA. After configuring production database, while trying to add new user, am getting 'Cannot add user, all the user directories are read-only'. Database schema user has all privileges.

Please help to resolve this issue.

Solution for this issue was: Reconfigure the database having clean schema, granting all permission to database user. Then reinstall JIRA pointing to configured database.
