Hello,
I'm assigning the Security Level field to a request type. I have already set the permissions and the people that could be in the different Security levels. I also added the field to the Issue Type. I can see the field on the Request Type - Request Form
But cannot see it on the Issue View.
This doesn't allow me to actualize on the already created tickets. Am I missing something?

What you see is expected, the security level field is added on the screen that the issue type associated with your request type is using. If you want to verify that the field is there, go to Project settings > Screens, select the screen scheme for the issue type in question. Then on the default/view/edit screen you should see the Security level field.
It is not on the layout because the field will be up in the right-hand corner, not on the issue layout itself.
