Cannot add service

Hey all i cannot add a service in my JIRA acct - why so?

It's a restricted function in Cloud, Atlassian don't give you the freedom to add things they don't want to have to support.

Thanks Nic, so the solution would be to host JIRA on our own servers vs the cloud version which we now have.
