So I have created a new "People" field to my ticket templates. I noticed that I can add a person to this field when creating a ticket but cannot add someone to it once the ticket has been created. I'm not sure how to make it so that I can make it so that I can edit this field after the ticket has already been created.
Check that the field is also added to the edit screen.
